This tea is a traditional blend of equal parts caraway, coriander, lemon balm, chamomile and peppermint—a powerhouse of herbal carminatives that work together to soothe the digestive system and expel gas. While all of these herbs have a long history of use, caraway and coriander are particularly ancient.

Caraway was found in Stone Age dwellings and coriander was mentioned in ancient Sanskrit tests and the Old Testament. We love the way these herbs complement each other to create this traditional, time-tested digestive blend.

Suggested Use
To Enjoy:
Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.
Cover cup & Steep for 10 minutes.
