Organic Jojoba and Grapeseed Oil help retain moisture. All these ingredients combined will help soothe dark circles and puffiness, and add firmness, vitality, and radiance to your eye area.

Belle Tip:
Be sure to use your ring finger or pinky– these fingers use the least strongest force! You don’t want to tug or weigh down your faces’ most delicate skin.
Best to also apply eye cr?me if you use under-eye makeup. It definitely helps make my concealer go on a lot smoother!

Directions: Apply a pea-sized amount using the ring finger or pinky. Gently apply and pat the eye cr?me under and around your eye area, going from the inner to outer corners. Please keep away from direct heat or sunlight.
