Chile Lime Seasoning Blend is a pretty simple mix of California sea salt, chile pepper, red bell pepper, and lime juice. It’s spicy but not too hot, and tangy but not too puckery. Rather than a finely ground powder that mixes right in to recipes, its somewhat coarse grind delivers just a bit of texture, allowing it to stand out as a condiment. Sprinkle on fresh-cut fruits and veggies—watermelon, mango, coconut, oranges, jicama, cucumbers. An excellent dry rub for BBQ and grilled fish.

Suggested Use
Shake some Chile Lime Seasoning Blend over cut watermelon, mango, Papaya, coconut, or Organic English Cucumbers. Use it as a dusting for chicken, fish, baked potatoes, tots, or fries. As a topping for tacos or burritos, it’s a real winner.

It all started in the 50s... Would you believe we started out as a small chain of convenience stores? It’s true. Way back in 1958. We were called Pronto Markets. In ‘67, our founder, the original Trader Joe, changed our name (yes, to Trader Joe’s) and the way we do business.
